These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Business Hub website and the purchase of our training courses, memberships, and services.
1. About Us
The Business Hub is a UK-based training and professional development company. By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.
2. Definitions
'We', 'us', 'our' refers to The Business Hub. 'You', 'your' refers to the individual or organisation accessing our website or purchasing our products. 'Courses' refers to all online and in-person training programmes offered by The Business Hub. 'Platform' refers to our learning management system (Kajabi) through which online courses are delivered. 'Services' refers to consultancy, coaching, corporate training, and other professional services we provide.
3. Course Enrolment and Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course(s) via our learning platform. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access course content using your account. Course access periods vary by product and will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are breached. Course content, including videos, documents, templates, and assessments, is protected by intellectual property law and must not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without our written permission.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. For corporate training and bespoke services, payment terms will be set out in a separate agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details of our cancellation and refund terms. In summary: Digital course purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Corporate training bookings are subject to the cancellation terms set out in your service agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses or events. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our courses — including text, images, videos, templates, worksheets, and assessments — is the intellectual property of The Business Hub or our licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your personal or internal business development purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Business Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, courses, or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
